       For participants using international credit cards, please note:
       Your card must support 3D Secure authentication, which is an additional security verification required for overseas transactions. This authentication must be registered with your card issuer.
       *How to Pay the Registration Fee

     1. Switch the interface to English: On the payment page, click the U.S. flag icon at the bottom left corner. 

     2. Select your card type: Choose “Other Card” as the payment method. You can then select your card type (AMEX, Visa, or Mastercard) and proceed with the payment.

    • Period of retention and use of collected personally identifiable information

      • Personally-identifiable information that has been collected will be kept and used for five years and will be destroyed thereafter

      • The applicant has the right to refuse the collection and use of personally-identifiable information. However, the refusal may result in disadvantages with respect to participating in the academic event
