행사 참여 신청(Register)은 비회원으로도 가능하며, 신청 완료 후 신청 시 입력한 이메일과 비밀번호로 로그인 가능합니다.

Event registration is available to non-members. After completing registration, you can log in using the email address and password entered during registration.

참여 가능하며, 참여 내역이 있는 이메일로 새로운 행사 신청 시 기존과 동일한 비밀번호로 신청 가능합니다.

Yes, please use the same password if you sign up for a new event using the email address you used before.

신청 이메일로 로그인 후 [My Events] 메뉴에서 진행 예정 행사와 지난 행사를 조회할 수 있습니다.

Log in with your registration email address and password, then go to [My Events] to view upcoming and past events.

정원 마감인 행사는 참여 불가하며, 추후 취소자 발생 시 상세페이지에 참여 탭[Register]이 오픈되며 신청 가능합니다. 

If an event has reached capacity, registration is not available. If spots open due to cancellations, the [Register] tab will be re-opened on the event detail page and you can register then.

제출한 초록은 수정이 불가합니다. 초록 수정을 원하실 경우 행사 담당자에게 메일로 개별 문의하시기 바랍니다.

Submitted abstracts cannot be edited. If you need to revise your abstract, please contact the event organizer by email.

* Organizer contact information is available on the event detail page.

행사 참여 신청 시 [Pay later]를 선택하면 사전신청만 진행됩니다.

추후 행사 참여시 입력했던 이메일과 비밀번호로 인증 후 [My Events] 페이지에서 결제가 가능합니다.

When registering, select [Pay later] to complete pre-registration only.
You can pay later from the [My Events] page after logging in with the email address and password you used when registering.

행사 등록기한 마지막날까지 결제해야 신청이 완료되며, 기한 내 미결제 시 자동 취소 처리 됩니다.

Payment must be completed by the last day of the registration period to finalize your registration. If payment is not completed by the deadline, your registration will be automatically canceled.

로그인 후 [My Events] 페이지에서 해당 행사 리스트 우측 하단 Cancel Registration 버튼을 통해 취소 가능합니다.

* 행사 참여 취소는 등록기한(Registration) 내에만 가능하며, 등록기한 경과 후 취소 시 담당자 승인이 필요합니다.

After logging in, you can cancel from [My Events] by clicking Cancel Registration at the bottom right of the event item.

* Cancellation is available only during the registration period. After the registration period ends, organizer approval is required.

로그인 후 [My Events] 페이지에서 해당 행사 리스트 우측 하단 Refund 버튼을 통해 환불 가능합니다.

* 등록기한(Registration) 내에는 참가비 환불이 가능하지만, 등록기한 이후에는 원칙적으로 환불이 불가합니다.

불가피한 경우 요청은 가능하나 담당자 승인이 필요하며, 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

After logging in, you can request a refund from [My Events] by clicking Refund at the bottom right of the event item.

* Refunds are available during the registration period. After the registration period ends, refunds are generally not available. In exceptional cases, you may still submit a request, but organizer approval is required and refunds may be limited.

로그인 후 [My Events] 페이지에서 해당 행사 리스트 우측 하단 Print Recipt 버튼을 통해 발급 가능하며, 저장 및 영문 영수증 확인 가능합니다.

After logging in, you can issue a receipt from [My Events] by clicking Print Receipt at the bottom right of the event item. You can also save it and view an English version.
