POSTECH CONFERENCE ORGANIZER

Poster Session                         

Procedure            

1.       Printed posters will be displayed in the lobby of the POSCO International Center.                       

2.       Poster presenters will give a 2-minute pitch at the beginning of the poster session (starting at 11:00 AM after Session I).                 

3.       Each poster will be evaluated by judges. Awards will be given to select presenters.

- Poster presentation is for graduate students and researchers.                      

- Use the abstract template available on the PCO website linked from Registration.

- Poster presenters should prepare a 2-minute pitch with a 1-page PowerPoint or PDF slide.

-        The award ceremony will be held by the Poster Session chair shortly after the end of Session III (5:30 PM)

Submission                          

Theme: Medical Science and Engineering Solutions for Precision Medicine        

Files to be submitted   

1. Abstract: To be uploaded through PCO   

* Title: The title of the presentation

* Authors / Speaker: List the first author's first name and last name, and then the first name and last name of each co-author. Underline or bold the name of the person who will be presenting the poster at the Conference.

* Author's Affiliation: Include your department or program and institution.

* Abstract (under 250 words)

* File Format: Use MS Word template (can be downloaded from the Registration page).           

2. 2-minute Pitch File: To be uploaded through PCO            

* Size: 1-page summary

* File Format: PPT or PDF         

3. Poster (printed): Should be posted in-person onsite on the assigned board no later than June 1, 10:00 AM at the 1^st-floor lobby of POSCO International Center

* Size: A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)

4. Abstract Submission Deadline: Wednesday, May 26, 2023, 6:00 PM
