이벤트 주최(HOST)는 POVIS 로그인 후 가능하며, 행사 사전등록(Register)은 비회원으로 가능합니다.
If you want to host an event, you will have to log in to POVIS first, but event registration is available to non-members.

초록 등록 후 수정이 가능한가요?
Can I edit my abstract after it has been submitted?
제출한 초록은 시스템에서 수정이 불가능하므로, 초록 수정을 원하실 경우 행사 담당자에게 메일로 개별 문의하시기 바랍니다.
Once you submit your abstract in the system, you cannot edit it. If you want to edit it, please send a separate email to the event manager.

유료행사의 경우 사전등록만 먼저 하고 결제는 나중에 할 수 있나요?
Can I pre-register for paid events first and pay later?
행사 등록 시 [Pay later]를 선택하면 사전등록만 진행됩니다. 추후 행사 소개 페이지에서 [Payment] 버튼 클릭 후 행사 등록시 입력했던 이메일과 비밀번호로 인증 후 결제가 가능합니다.
When registering for an event, you can select “Pay later” to pre-register. You can pay later by selecting “Payment” on the event page and make a payment after verifying your identity with the email address and password used during registration.

행사 등록비는 언제까지 결제하면 되나요?
What is the deadline to submit the event registration fee?
사전등록기간 마지막날까지 결제해야 신청이 완료됩니다.
You have until the last day of the registration period to make a payment and finalize your registration.

행사 등록비 결제 후 영수증을 받을 수 있나요?
After submitting the event registration fee, how can I receive a receipt?
[MY EVENTS] - [FOR PARTICIPANTS] – [로그인] 한 후 해당 행사 목록에서 [Print Recipt] 버튼으로 인쇄 가능합니다.
Go to MY EVENTS, select FOR PARTICIPANTS, and LOG IN. You can print your receipt by selecting “Print receipt” on the event list.

신청한 행사의 등록 취소가 가능한가요?
Can I cancel my event registration?
행사 담당자에게 취소 관련 내용을 메일로 보내주시면 담당자 확인 후 취소가 가능합니다. 메일 발송 2일 이내 이벤트 목록에서 취소될 예정입니다. 취소가 되지 않았다면 다시 한번 문의 부탁드립니다.
If you send an email explaining that you would like to cancel, the event manager will confirm and process the cancellation. The cancelled event will be removed from your event list within two days. If the event is still on your event list after the cancellation request has been submitted, please contact the office again.

행사 등록비 환불이 가능한가요?
Is the event registration fee refundable?
사전등록기간(Pre-Registration) 이전에는 등록비 환불이 가능하지만, 사전등록기간이 지난 후 환불은 원칙적으로 불가합니다. 불가피하게 환불이 필요한 경우 행사 담당자에게 문의하시기 바랍니다.
The fee can be refunded during the pre-registration period. In principle, refunds will not be issued after the pre-registration period has passed. If you need to request a refund after the pre-registration period, please contact the event manager.

행사 등록비 환불은 어떻게 신청하나요?
How do I request a refund for the event registration fee?
[MY EVENTS] - [FOR PARTICIPANTS] – [로그인] 한 후 해당 행사 목록에서 [Refund] 버튼 클릭 후 환불규정 확인 후 [submit] 버튼으로 환불요청이 접수됩니다. 이후 환불처리가 완료된 후에는 해당 행사 목록이 [Payment: Completed]에서 [refund: completed]으로 변경됩니다. 환불 신청 후 2일 이내 상태가 변경되지 않았다면 행사 담당자에게 문의 부탁드립니다.
Go to MY EVENTS, select FOR PARTICIPANTS, and LOG IN. Select the “Refund” button in the event list. After reviewing the Refund Policy, click “submit” to submit the refund request. When the refund has been processed, the event status will change from “Payment: Completed” to “Refund: Completed.” If the status does not change within two days, please contact the event manager.

행사 등록비 결제 방법 변경은 불가합니다. 행사 등록 취소 및 환불 이후 새로 행사 등록 및 결제를 통해 가능합니다.
It is not possible to change the payment method. If you cancel your registration and receive a refund, you can re-register using a different payment method.
